House Rules
We are very happy to accommodate you in our apartment, and will do our best so you will have a great experience in Milan. In return, we ask you to follow a few simple yet very important guidelines. Please keep the following house rules and obey the municipal law:
Checking in: Check in time is from 15:00 PM
Keeping it quiet: This is a residential neighbourhood and there are families with children living in this building. Under no circumstances it is allowed to have parties, gatherings, loud music, Illegal substances or illegal activities such as Poker rooms in the building perimeters.
No smoking: Smoking is permitted only outside on the balcony, please do not smoke inside the building or the apartment. In case of smoking inside the apartment, you will be charged for 150 euro compensation.
Garbage bins: Please do not leave garbage bags outside of the apartment’s door and use the garbage bins downstairs.
Checking out: Check out time is at 10:00. Please leave the apartment tidy and overall clean, so before checking out kindly empty the trash etc. In case of an excessively dirty apartment you will be charged for 100 euro compensation.
Keys: In case of damaging or losing your key during your stay, you will be charged for 250 euro compensation.
Deposit: A credit card authorization deposit of 100 euros is required for all reservations at check in, that will be released at your check out.
Cancellations

- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel less than 5 days in advance.
