At what time do I check in?
The check-in is from 15:00 until 18:00 after that time and you can self check-in, all instructions on this procedure will be communicated during your day of arrival.
Is it possible to make the payment on arrival?
It is possible to pay in the structure at the arrival only if the customer has provided us a credit card as guarantee.
Where can I park?
There are several possibilities to find parking, the closest parking to the structure is located in via sansovino 23, parking sansovino. The structure currently does not have an internal parking.
Is it possible to use the Lounge?
It can be used in the time slot from 09:00 to 18:00 upon request to the staff on duty.
Can I leave the luggage?
Luggage can be left with the staff on duty upon request until the reception closes.
